Jessica Simpson Knows What She Likes and Isn't Afraid To Say So

I think I can learn a thing or two from Celebrity Momster Jessica Simpson.

Simpson is just totally unafraid of what people think of her; she says what she feels and just loves her awesome life.

Simpson has no qualms about sharing her fashion dream in a tweet: "I just woke up from a dream that I wore a leopard caftan in the hospital. Fabulous!! Now I need to find one!"

Man. I strive to be honest with the world. Maybe I’m just sharing the wrong things. Maybe people don’t really care about deep life struggles and all that heavy duty stuff.

Perhaps I should embrace my inner feminine-female and get into fashion.

Simpson looks forward to the days after baby when she can slip back into more appropriate footwear for her lifestyle: "I can't wait for the day I can walk in heels again!" she tweeted. "My feet feel homesick!"

Platform sandals might look out of place dropping off my kids and picking them up at school.

I think I need to find a place to go where heels would be appropriate and rock them out.

Christina Applegate Still Rocks Maternity Jeans

Wahoo! I love this idea of sharing what maternity clothes moms still wear long after their pregnancies have ended.

Ivillage reports on Christina Applegate, an awesome Celebrity Momster, who admits that a year after baby, "I still wear maternity jeans," she told US Weekly. "They're so comfortable."

I have an awesome cream-colored silky maternity sweater I got from Target that I still wear. I actually remember buying it and thinking, this doesn’t look like a maternity sweater! I’m totally going to be able to wear this after baby!

And it’s so true that some of my maternity shorts with the little stretchy waistband are totally cute and may end up slung around my hips this summer. Of course, this ability to wear maternity fashions postpartum may have a little bit to do with how cute and stylish maternity clothes have become.

When I think about the maternity wear my mother had to endure, I don’t think I’d be caught wearing a tent dress even when I was pregnant…

What maternity items do you still wear?

FYI: Tori Spelling Is Fertile

How much Celebrity Momster information is too much?

Tori Spelling Is "Super Fertile,"According to Husband Dean McDermott announces Us Magzine.

So, just in case anyone was wondering, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott have lots of sex and they’re both fertile and virile people.

And I’m quoting here: "She's just super fertile," her husband Dean McDermott says.

And Spelling was quick to point out recently that her husband is unstoppable when it comes to making babies.

I don’t know. How does hearing that other couples have lots of sex make you feel? Queezed out or ready to get in on some of the action, too?

And just to reassure us that we’ll not only get to hear about their baby-making but their actual babies’ lives, too, McDermott reassures fans that all their kids will be on display for all to see in their latest reality show: "Tori and I love the fact that we get to work together," he explains. "We get to work with Liam and Stella; we get to stay together as a family. As long as people want to see us, w'ell keep making the show."

Hilary Duff Feeling Good About Her Body Postpartum

I’m going to have to agree with Perez Hilton on this one—seriously, people are going to talk bad about a woman’s body after she had a baby three weeks ago?

Hilary Duff says: "I read comments on my Twitter page about how I'm waddling into pilates and I go, 'wow, that's a really mean thing to say. I just had a baby three weeks ago!' There is a little bit of pressure but most of it comes from me."

It’s no wonder that so many women have body issues when we feel the need to lash out at others to make ourselves feel better.

Celebrity Momsters are placed in the unenviable position of being in the spotlight where they get to absorb all our own self-hate.

Duff explains: "Right when I really started to show, I would look in the mirror and wonder whose body that was! But then about a month later, I just felt really proud that I had a body that could do what it was doing. It is incredible what your body can do. You can appreciate all of your imperfections because you have a beautiful baby who came from you and all that you went through."

I have always felt the most forgiving to my body when I was pregnant. It was the one chance as a woman I felt it was okay to let it all hang out in public and really feel proud.

I do feel good about my body now even though I am not at my thinnest or strongest. I really want to learn how to feel the way I felt when I was pregnant, every day. Just beautiful and perfect as I was.

Why do so many women have a hard time loving who they are in the moment?

Snookie Defends Her Baby's Honor As Only She Can

Well, it’s nice to know that women aren’t changed completely by impending motherhood.
It seems Nicole Polizzi (Snookie) is still full of bubbling energy.
Some twitter comments upset her a tad, hence the response: "I'll cut a bitch if you mess with my baby!"
Ah! Refreshingly real!
In a more contemplative mood, Polizzi reflected on her engagement in a March Us Weekly story: "I don't care what anybody thinks. As long as I know I'm ready and he's ready, I don't have to talk to anybody about it."
This is so true. Only Polizzi knows the truth behind the “reality” of what she expresses to the world.

Jessica Simpson and Khloe Kardashian Are Not Fat!

What is with all the fat shaming going on in the world?
We’ve got media dissing Jessica Simpson left and right for being too heavy…while pregnant!
Yes, we all know the numbers of how many pounds the average woman should expect to gain while pregnant, but everyone is different.
Can we seriously not even let pregnant women gain weight?
And then there’s Celebrity Momster Kris Jenner, who calls herself a momager (manager/mother).
She’s been busy telling her daughter Khloe Kardashian that she’s fat.
In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Khloe comes right and says that her mom calls her "fat."
She’ll say, "Oh, you’re a little too fat right now." If she were just my manager, I’d have fired her right then. You can’t talk to me like that.
So why is it okay for her mom to talk to her like that? We've seen before on the show how much it bothers Khloe, so why doesn't Kris stop and see her beautiful daughter through the eyes of a mother instead of scrutinizing how she'll look on film? I imagine sometimes all of the Kardashian girls just want a mom who's a mom, but it doesn't seem like Jenner is able to put aside business to be one.
When are we ever going to be able to move beyond our society’s representation of women if we can’t break out of the rhetoric that keeps it alive?
Does anyone else have a problem with all this fat shaming?

Tori Spelling Pregnant and My Time in the Pool

So let’s start with the latest Celebrity Momster who’s pregnant—Tori Spelling! Us Weekly reports that just five months after having baby number three, she’s pregnant with number four.
Now that is brave. After giving birth to my third I was like—oh my goodness, what was I thinking?! To be ready so quickly after the third, just…wow!
But even Spelling admits having more babies doesn’t make it any easier, unlike what some mothers told me!
"People always think the first one was the hardest. But I'm like, 'No the first one was easy for me because I could lay around all day. I didn't have two little ones to take care of,'" Spelling has said. "This is the hardest one because I'm always going with the kids."
How true that is. Just this weekend my family went to a four-year-old’s swim party. Sound like fun? Well, if the children were made out of inner tubing that floats, it might have been. But I woke up cranky and then try managing three small kids in a crowded swimming pool. Fun is probably not the first word that comes to my mind.
Even in the midst of the miserableness though, I was reminding myself that these are the moments with my children. The ones I’ll look back on with fondness.
Well, maybe not the pool…

Snookie Might Be Pregnant--Let's Keep it Classy!

There’s a rumor that Snookie from Jersey Shore is pregnant.
I’ve never seen the show, but I’ve seen all the crazy headlines. Lots of people are jumping on the bandwagon of silly jokes about Snookie as a mom.
Jersey Shore‘s Snooki and her ex-boyfriend Emilio Masella had a bad breakup, but that’s absolutely NO excuse for his terrible remarks that he hopes she has a miscarriage! Whether the pint-sized star is pregnant or not, he should never wish that on anybody! “I hope for her sake, not to be rude or anything, but I hope she has a miscarriage,” he tells TMZ.com.
Beyond the fact that to wish something like that on anybody is just so horribly ignorant and sad, but to wish a loss of pregnancy on someone you once were in a relationship with?
Regardless of someone’s age or past behaviors, the news of a pregnancy can have amazing transformational results.
So if Snookie does turn out to be pregnant, I wish her all the Celebrity Momster support I have and faith that she can be a wonderful mother.

Congratulations, Kourtney Kardashian

Thanks Too Fab for the announcement of another bun in the oven for Kourtney Kardashian.
Perhaps this timing will help take the spotlight off of other Kardashians in the news of late.
Hopefully, this new baby will be a kick in the pants for Scott Disick on what he needs to step up to be as a father…or if not, a wakeup call for Kourtney.

Work It, Christina Aguilera!

I’m so happy to Us Weekly for providing our first UN-celebrity momster post!
Christina Aguilera earns my kudos for baring what she’s got in what she wants to wear.
She’s bursting the skinny-celebrity mom template that’s been created—you know, the one that says immediately following birth you must starve yourself back into a size double-zero.
She’s being who she is and proud of it. And for those questioning whether she’s pregnant—who cares? She’s rocking this dress and loving her body. God! Rather than “slamming” her, we should be applauding her.
Work it, Christina!

Suck It, Jessica Simpson!

Like, OMG, Jessica! You are just so daring and bold and so fashion-forward! You go ahead and give birth in your four-inch YSL heels.
Way to show women what’s really important in such an ultra-feminist way!
No worries if you gouge out a nurse’s eye (you can always buy her a new one!).
And OMG, I know…I am sooo sick of all the mooing moms-to-be out there!
You just go, honey. And, oh yeah, while you're there, suck it!
"I like wearing things more fitted," she explained. "You want to show off your bump! It's just so fun. You don't want to wear muumuus so you can moo around town."
